Beginning Orchestra

This performing group is open to all 3rd grade students. Students will learn basic hand positioning, posture, technique, music reading skills and several familiar folk tunes on the violin.

Students have a special Beginner Concert in the late spring to demonstrate their progress and hard work.

Students will be provided with one weekly lesson, beginning in the fall. In addition, students will also receive one weekly before school rehearsal.
